Adrian
Lynch
Adrian has over 35 years experience of Health Service Management 20 years
of which were in Senior Positions within Information Management and Technology.
Adrian has been involved in leading National Projects for the Health Service
including the procurement of the first Wide Area Network in the North
West Thames Region, the specification and development of the National
School Health Computer Programme, development of NHS Trust wide Community
support computer systems, development of Computer support for the Single
Assessment Process (SAP) integrating NHS and Social Services systems.
Adrian has also been involved in a large number of local projects. Adrian's
qualifications include AIPM, IIM (Informatics) and Prince Project Management
Adrian has been invited to present at numerous Regional events and also
the National Health Care Conferences on a number of occasions in relation
to successful Projects..
Sue
Champkins
Sue is a successful Project Manager of 20 years experience within the
delivery of Health Care systems in Bedfordshire. Her successes include
the implementation of a fully integrated Child Health System, the development
of an integrated Patient record for Community Services, the introduction
of communications systems to support Health Care, development of demographic
data integration processes for Social Services and Health records, development
and implementation of Business Intelligence system for the South Bedfordshire
Mental Health Care Trust, development and implementation of geographical
information analysis systems, development of data sharing protocols between
all government agencies across Bedfordshire. Sue successfully led the
major Bedfordshire Project designed to provide automated Pathology Results
from Path Labs to Clinicians and GP Practices. This Project involved coordinating
smaller projects within all Practices and the Major Health Trust across
Bedfordshire. Sues qualifications include Prince Project Management and
Sue is a member of UK Council for Health Informatics Professions (UKchip).
In 2009 sue was presented with a Luton Mayors Citizenship Award for her
voluntary work in the area.
