Procurement of Business Intelligence System for Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust
This Project required the preparation of a Business Case, Preparation of the Project Initiation Document, establishment of a Governance Management structure, the Production of an Output Based Specification for the product, management of the NHS Procurement process via Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Notice Board, Preparation of Project Plans for implementation and roll out and overview of implementation tasks and deadlines to successful completion.

Project Briefs for Child Health, Community and Therapy Services Systems Across Bedfordshire and Luton
This Project involved preparing and presenting Project Briefs which detail the resource requirement, method of product delivery, top level user requirement, project governance arrangements, full cost and resource breakdown, scope, risks and issues, benefits analysis and organisational and business impact. The briefs were designed to meet the standards required by two PCT Boards and the Strategic Health Authority Board. To achieve this a number of discussions and meetings were required with diverse user groups together to understand their requirement and issues and marry these with the requirements of all three boards.

Specification for Sharepoint requirement for Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust
This Project required the preparation of the Project Initiation Document, establishment of a Governance Management structure, the Production of an Output Based Specification for the product.

Management of Security Upgrades for selected Computer Systems at both NHS Bedfordshire and NHS Luton to conform with EU standards.
This project involved preparation of a Project Plan, Business Impact meetings with system users, assessment of technical requirement, Business Impact issue resolves, negotiation and confirmation of switch over arrangements with the NHS National Spine, preparation of new documentation and policy to comply with the new system security.
